Jeff Farace Jeff Farace, the owner of Community Pharmacy and Community Compounding Pharmacy, was born in salisbury and graduated from James M. Bennett High school. Jeff attended Salisbury University then University of Maryland School of Pharmacy where he graduated in 1982. Jeff is an assistant clinical professor for The University of Maryland school of Pharmacy and helps students in their clinical rotations. Jeff bought the former Medicine Shoppe in 1993 , and in 2005 changed the name to Community Pharmacy to reflect our commitment to our community. Jeff is married to Martha Sadler Farace and is blessed with 4 boys ages 7 to 21. He loves The Lord and is committed to your health and well being. |

Sharon Engberg Hayes Sharon has grown up on the Eastern Shore and Attended the University of Maryland - College Park and University of Maryland School of Pharmacy of which she graduated in 1978 with a B.S. in Pharmacy. She then got married to a Navy Airline Pilot and in 1986 returned to Salisbury, Maryland. In 1986, Sharon started Home Health Center with her sister in law, Lois Engberg. Home Health Center provided durable medical equipment, medical oxygen, and respiratory products. This was the first home infusion pharmacy on the Eastern Shore. Sharon has been with Community Pharmacy for 3 years as a pharmacist. |

Joanne Brown Joanne has been a certified pharmacy technician since 1995 and with Community Pharmacy for over 20 years as a head technician. She been married for 35 years and has 3 children, 4, grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren. She has lived on the Eastern Shore for her entire life. |

Sandra Lynn Elliot - Massey Sandra is a proud mother of two and grandmother of three. She has been married for 14 years as well as worked at Community Pharmacy for 14 years. Sandra has been a CPHT since November of 2005. |

Alex McCabe Alex has been a patient service representative at Community Pharmacy since 2007 and is currently a college student. |

Matthew Farace Matthew Farace has worked at Community Pharmacy with his father for 2 years, and is attending Wor-wic Community College. Matthew has a true servants heart and enjoys helping our customers |

Ethan Wilson Growing up in Salisbury, Maryland, Ethan graduated from Salisbury Christian School in 2006 and started Ethan's Avenue in 2007 where he holds special events in the Salisbury area. |
